After a long process of trying to pick a storage company I am thrilled that I went with Mini Mall Storage. The associate Gaganjot, also known as Sky, was exceptionally helpful. She was very informative and so friendly and filled me with confidence with my decision.

Due to circumstance changes at the beginning of COVID, I unfortunately had my items in storage for a few years and just fiiiinally got the unit emptied out. Along the way, I had to bump my unit size up. Mini Mall was great with finding me a larger unit in close proximity to my first one, made moving in and out a breeze, and were very quick to respond to any emails I sent over the last few years. The units were always very clean and I was lucky to have one immediately under the security camera so never concerned about the safety of my belongings.
I hope to never need to use long term storage again, but if I do, I will absolutely use Mini Mall again.
